This letter comes as an introduction to Rackley Inc., a company that ha been doing work for my family since the year 2000. They came to us first, as recommended builders, to build a roof onto an existing deck at a farmhouse that we owned in Transylvania County in North Carolina. They were wonderful builders and absolutely great to work with, listening to our suggestions and desires, and doing everything possible to meet our requests. From that point forward, they have been our go-to helpers when it comes to building, repairing, and upkeep on our home in Cashiers, NC. In 2010 approximately, they, under the direction of my husband, designed and enlarged the deck on our home in Cashiers. They tripled the deck in size, built a bar, and kitchen, and added supports under the deck to support the added weight. The addition of this deck has increased the use of our home to a great extent, opening the home up to the outside. They did a wonderful, professional job that has upgraded our home and increased its livability. Since that time, the company has continually been available to us for repairs and upkeep. They are responsible, available, reliable, creative, and always pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a job well done, for a reasonable price, and with a pleasant attitude.
