We became acquainted with Jonathan when we were looking for an experienced log constructor to do the main structure (4" x 6" pine logs - not from a "kit"), the roof, and the interior wall framing for a log home of 2,000 interior square feet and 14 log courses. And the roof was a high end metal over "Titanium" underlayment.

Jonathan was local to our project site and had experienced working with the log home company whose plans we had selected (Satterwhite). And he had come highly recommended by the company. We were pleased when we first met Jonathan and saw in him an intense customer focus and desire to meet or exceed our expectations - which he did! Our time frame was 10 months - and he beat that time considerably. The crew worked five days a week - early to late - and also came over on Saturday when they needed to stay on schedule. I was able to work with and personally view (on a daily basis) the expert workmanship and effective problem solving that Jonathan (and his crew) displayed. No obstacle was too difficult and no major changes had to be made to our plans. And, importantly, the price agreed to was fair and affordable.
